Integrated Holding Corp™ is a developer, incubator and business management company that provides needed resources; including investment, creative, technology solutions, management expertise and other comprehensive tools and solutions that help provide the core components necessary for the success of any business or related project or venture.

The core philosophy that is the driving force behind the selection process in choosing business acquisitions, joint ventures, business development, and incubation business, investments and other similar activities is the desire to continue to increase and expand upon the available resources that Integrated Holding Corp. and it's affiliated companies and other business ventures will have access to, thus providing an unprecedented portfolio of available resources that complement each other and in most cases provide for easy integration of multiple non-competing products and services that only serve to increase the value, potential and ability of each individual resource to now be more valuable and with increased market access, potential for sales or usage and in most cases, result in significantly reduced costs and other associated expenses.

This INTEGRATION of products, services and solutions that are offered by our six affiliated companies, all owned and operated as six separate entities, provide the resources and core business products, services and solutions that each of the six separate companies, usually at one point or another, will require. In this manner, our six affiliated companies provide the resources that the other might need, at a much reduced cost basis, enabling each affiliated company to tap into the resources that they all need.

Integrated Holding Corp. has executed on it's strategy to help develop and launch, through a truly revolutionary business incubation process, six separate, yet highly integrated, business entities, listed in the graphic diagram to the left. Each of these six companies own and operate their own business divisions and have their own product, service and solution offerings related to their own individual core business model. Most of these "affiliated" companies share their available products and services on a specified basis to each other, providing many of these "At Cost".
